Hi, Welcome to the new "news side". Here you will know everything from April to septemper.

I have been to England. They offered me a well opportunity. I had to compete in two national competitions. I stayed there with a nice family, who supported and helped me a lot. I got to England at thursday and my first competiton was on Friday. That means that I hadn't enough time to relief. But thanks God I did a wonderful match. T had to run 400M. , 200M. , 4x400M. and 4x100M. with the record 47.21 Sec. , then I won also the first place in 200M. with the record 21.50 sec. , then we won the second place in 4x400M. and the first place in 4x100M. It was the first time for the "Hasting" club to win any national competition in England. So they won the first palce in general cause of me. Then I stayed two weeks only for training and making new friendships. so, the second competition appears and I won the first place again in 400M. with the record 46.9 sec. They made me a nice party to celebrate and share the happiness of the winning.

Unfortuantlly I had to leave England and came back to Cairo, where I had only two weeks to get ready for the Meeting that took place in Tunisia in "El Zeituna". T ran 400M. in 47.02 sec. , and I won the third place. I came back to Cairo and only 13 weeks to get ready again. The federation had already arranged with Switerland's federation to stay there in Meilen, Bern, Beil and Geneve. It's really a beautiful country. My hotels location was on the top of a mountain. It was ice cold, ofcourse. But I enjoyed it very much. I stayed in Switzerland for 1 month alone. I was only training, just to improve myself. I won always the first place in all the Meetings, only in Geneve I won the fourth place cause it was very difficult Meeting. All the superstars competed. It was the "Grand Prix" Competition. But it was very useful for me to run beside the star. I felt very delighted and ofcourse I wasn't upset that I didn't win. After I stayed 1 month in Switzerland I took the train and traveled to France, Where I met my friends from Egypt. They are also winners in championships. I stayed in France for 3 weeks and had two competitions to compete. The first Meeting was in "Lyon", I won the first place in 400M. with the record 46.40 sec. The second meeting was in "Toulose", I ran also 400M. in 46.31 sec. As you see I am getting better step by step. After the meetings we all went out and saw the history of France. I also visited the Eiffel tower and the Chansalise street. It is really a beautiful country.

I had to return back to Egypt immediatly, Cause there were only 3 days left before the African Competition, that took place in Tunisia. I ran the first round in 400M. with the record 46.7 sec. and won the second place. I was from the best, who will compete in the semi final round.
Unfortuantally I ran the 400M. in 47.02 sec. and could not reach the final round.

I thought about it many times and asked myself why I couldn't run 45.9 sec., I think the answer is: "I had not enough time to relief between each Meeting and competition. I hadn't enough time to do weightlifting, to save more power for the African Competition". Those are the reasons I convinced myself with.

I hope the next season will be a better one with more hope, happiness, great records, more travel abroad, more meetings and to run 45.5 sec. in 400M.
